The College of Mount St. Joseph will provide childcare services for the first 15 children, age 3 months to 5 years, who are pre-registered for each graduation ceremony. Please complete a separate form for each child. Forms must be returned to the Children’s Center Coordinator by December 6th, 2013. CARE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ON A DROP-IN BASIS…YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER.
The Children’s Center is located in the Harrington Center. We will begin to accept children one hour before the ceremony. Please have your child in the Center before the ceremony begins. Your child may feel more comfortable with us if you are able to spend a few minutes here with him or her. Our doors will remain locked for security purposes. We will expect you to pick up your child shortly after the ceremony ends. Childcare will NOT be provided during the reception.
Please provide any bottles, diapers, extra clothing, etc. your child will need while they are in the Center. If your child needs a snack, please provide nutritious food…we will not serve candy, soda pop or fast food in the Center. Please be sure that all items are clearly labeled with your child’s name. The Center is well equipped with toys and materials for the children…please do NOT bring toys from home.
Registration forms should be submitted by December 6th, 2013.
