Hey Folks! Tom here again, this time from the Mount Art Gallery. I love writing in this place! We have the faculty art show up this week, and I have to say…All the teachers did a great job! There’s some really neat stuff in here! I know I’ve written about it before, but if you guys are thinking about going into art, you should stop by the gallery and look at all the artwork! We have some of Cincinnati’s best artists right here, teaching at the College.

My Saturdays are normally pretty relaxing, I go work in the gallery in the afternoon, which is actually pretty fun work! Then I normally go have dinner in the Food Court.

Wait, what’s the Food Court did you ask? A good question!

Food is actually one of the coolest things at the Mount. We have a nice group of people called the Sanese Food Service that cook for us three times a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They always have a main meal, and very frequently have an alternate meal that you can have if you’re not a big fan of whatever the main course is that day! Still don’t like the alternate meal? That’s alright, too; the cafeteria serves soup, sandwiches, wraps, cereal and milk, and a great salad bar everyday. I love the sandwiches, that’s what I usually get!

And if you ask really nicely, the cooks will usually be willing to make something special just for you! If you have any digestive problems or food allergies, the cafeteria will happily make you something that you can eat.

If any of you are like me, you probably eat at odd hours. That’s no problem either! We have a smaller café we call the food court which you can eat at any time of day usually from 8 AM till 7:30 PM. It’s really great for people who need to grab a quick snack before or after class.

And you know what? It’s getting to be about dinner time here, so I think I’ll run to the food court now! I’ll see all of you guys later!
